If for any unforeseen reason, the event date is changed we can accommodate a change of date please see the terms and conditions
Do you deliver?
Speciality Linen: Yes, we do as far North as the Sunshine Coast- west to Toowoomba and Ipswich and South to Byron Bay.
Accommodation/Restaurants: Gold Coast locality
Who cleans the Linen?
We clean our own linen. Due to the level of care and expertise needed under no circumstances can the customer clean the linen.
How soon do I need to book the linen?
At least 1 month is preferred, however, in some circumstances, we may need to custom-make your order which may take up to 3 months
Do you offer Discounts for Event Co Ordinators?
We do offer Industry Professionals a discount.
What method of payments do you take?
We take direct debit, transfers, Visa, Mastercard
How much is deposit?
A 50% deposit is required when placing your order, unless you require the linen within 7 days in which case full payment is required.
