Mosaic Linen appreciates the opportunity to serve our customers. Please read the following Terms and Conditions which form part of the Rental Agreement and which you, as the Customer, agree to by virtue of placing your order with Mosaic Linen. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow these conditions and to be bound by them.

Customer agrees to use all Mosaic Linen rental products Bedding,Towels tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, chair backs, chair ties, runners, spandex, laundry bags, also known as “rental property”) in a careful and proper manner which is intended for.

The Customer is liable for any damage for items that are not used in the manner intended or damage including tears, cuts, wax, burns, undue makeup, ink or permanent marker also defined as beyond the point of repair or laundering.

The customer is liable for missing items, if an item is not returned in a condition that it cannot be rented again a replacement fee will be charged.

For Special Events all specialty linen orders will be reserved once a 50% deposit is received. The balance is due 7 days before delivery. At any time up to the date of the event any payments made are non refundable.

Customers agree that they are responsible for inspection of any orders upon receipt, and any discrepancies in shortages, colours, counts should be communicated to Mosaic Linen prior to the event date with photo documentation and communicated to Mosaic Linen immediately. Once delivery has been made,the customer is responsible for the entire order.
